Oh my goodness!! Look at the end of this review people.. this first part is what I thought in the very beginning..
So very understanding and caring of the staff with kindness and understanding. They are very quick to get back to you with any concerns, and have multiple people (staff) to help gather any needed info and work through the process for you.. would recommend this firm 100% to anyone needing their services. Even though our claim is in progress now, I have every assurance these people will treat you right.
Update: After a month, this law firm decided they couldn't take our claim, so back to square one.. they did give us numbers to N.C. law firms, as did the 3 other previous potential lawyers that had 1-800 numbers... Just disappointing.. I just feel they could have denied the claim earlier on. So with that said, instead of 5 stars, I give a one star...
They also did the bare minimum to help me in an accident. It seems like a lot of these companies are like that, told me that they can take my case. All they did was waste time. I’ve been super depressed and on the verge of wilding out because of the injustice that was done to me. My car is still sitting at the collision center racking up fees for an accident that I wasn’t at fault with. Which was also the car my grandma gave to me before she passed away. It seems like They only want easy jobs.or Easy cases. I’ve lost faith in a corporations or the police to help in any real situations. People you can swerve into other people on the highway and total your car with no repercussions. This world is f up.
So good so far, I reached out to them, and within a few days, they were in my case. A day or two later, I received a call from the Physical Therapy place they referred me to, I start therapy in less than a week. Definitely let them take care of all your Personal Injury needs!
Promptly assisted with compassion. This was a really scary event when you realize just how fragile we are as human beings and how quickly the labor left in you can disappear when Corporate America just replaces you. Shunarah and Associates clearly have their hearts in the right place. Altruism it's a good word to describe their efforts.
So,far although it's early in my case. I have had a great experience and I believe that yall really care and want the best for your clients. Looking foward to what your expertise
